He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter David Bell, Sr. and Barbara Emanuel Bell. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Robinson Bell; his son Camden Denee Bell (Raven Washington); his granddaughter Rayelle Denee Bell; his sister-in-law Tara Robinson; and his pet Swagston Kusher Bell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
