He was predeceased by: his father Thomas J. Purvis; and his siblings, Billy Joe Purvis and Tammy Sue Purvis. He is survived by: his mother Linda Dobbins; his wife Kim Purvis (Fowler); his children, Dalton Purvis, Devon Purvis Dennis (Justin) and Jeffrey Purvis; his grandchildren, Riley, Reece, Benson, Jayden and Brayden; his stepfather Donnie Dobbins; and his sister Loretta Purvis.
