He was predeceased by: his parents, Lona B Nallia and Earl "Tobe" Nallia; and his grandchild Lyric Nallia. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Nallia; his children, Susan Lynn Barnes, Sara Scott Jaggers (Chris), Jennifer Layne Marye (Mac) and Gregory Thomas Nallia (Ginger); his brother Robert Blond Nallia; and his grandchildren, Melody Nallia, Jessica Fudge, Amanda Meurer, Kolby Scott Nesselrode, Sydney Layne Marye, Savannah Kole Marye and Luke Thomas Marye.
This Foundation provides an orphanage for Haitian children who need love and hope. In Lieu of flowers, Bill would like the Children First Foundation to receive any memorial gifts that will be used to help meet the needs of these Haitian Orphans.
