She is survived by: her daughter Kim Samples; her mother Thelma Lewis Adkins; her siblings, Sheila Raymer, Sharon Lewis (Keith), Shirley Lewis (Barry), Dean Lewis (Vicci) and Jerry Lewis; her grandchildren, Ashlynn Samples and Austin Samples; and her pet Libby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
