He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hulker and Maude Hulker. He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Monroe; and his grandchildren, Melisa Lacy and Vernon Rogers. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; and also several nieces and nephews.
