It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Allen of Franklin, Kentucky, born in Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on May 2, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Allen, Sr. and Liddie Ann Anderson Allen; his former wife Bettye Jean Lawson Allen; his siblings, Elizabeth McCoin (Robert) and Ogal Allen (Ettoile); his brother-in-law Jack Taylor; and his niece Janice Marie Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Perry Allen; his stepchildren, Vicki Law (Jimmy) of Franklin, KY, Rishan Groves (Jay) of Orlando, FL, Richard Perry (Laura) of Cookeville, TN and Alan Perry of Summit, SD; his sister Polly Taylor of Manchester, TN; his nephew James Allen Taylor (Carol) of Manchester, TN; and his nieces, Judy Nicks (Tommy) of Dixon, TN, Pat Hughes (Shelby) of Auburn, KY and Dee Dee Wilson (Charles) of Livingston, TN.
