He is survived by: his stepfather Bill Belcher of Franklin; his wife Regina Hildabrand Owens of Franklin; his siblings, James Ricky Owens of Franklin, Randy "Rio" Moore (Roxanne) of Franklin, Chris Moore (Katina) of Bowling Green, Tammy Moore of Franklin, Michelle McMillin (Mike) of Franklin, Amy Mallard of Franklin and Melissa Owens Glass (Ronnie) of Bowling Green; and his stepmother Carol Owens of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
