She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie McKinney and Vela Iola Kennedy McKinney; her spouses, Karon Ray Ashby and Larry Wayne Covington; her daughter Angela Ashby; her grandson Curtis Ashby; her great grandchild Davin Young; and her siblings, Roger McKinney, Ernest McKinney, Susan Gossett, Rosetta Condor, Shirley Thomas, Jean Howard and Lucy Deane Graham.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis Ashby (Tammy) of Russellville, KY, Barry Ashby (Tracy), Tina Ashby of Dunmor, KY, Tanya Ashby (Clifton Glass) of Bowling Green, KY and Bridgette Smith (Jacob); and her grandchildren, Kursty Ferguson, Kristyne Ashby, Kaylee Hanks (Taylor), Dustin Ashby (Clara), Amber Ashby, Tyler Ashby (Taylor), Tequila Latham (Cody), Boyd Wayne Young (Jasmine), Kristina Young (Manny), Cody Young, Trevor Young, Brilynn Hampton, Caleb Ashby, Alex Ashby and Miley Ashby. She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
