He is survived by: his wife Beverly Houk of Franklin, KY; his children, Stuart Merideth of Louisville, KY, Amanda Estes (Don) of Smith Grove, KY and Joan Utley (Brandon) of Russellville, KY.; his brother David Houk of Franklin, KY.; and his nephew Clinton Houk.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or National Kidney Foundation of Kentucky envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
