He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Carlos" Myers Gregory, Sr. and Ercie D. Gregory (Gammon). He is survived by: his sons, Steven Gregory of Birmingham, AL, David Gregory of Dayton, OH and Roger Gregory of Atlanta, GA.; and his grandson Jonathan Gregory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (420 Cemetery St, Franklin, KY 42134).
