He is survived by: his wife Betty Hale Lewis of Franklin; his children, Tabitha Brivchik of Bowling Green, Tammy Lewis of Franklin and Joseph Lewis of Franklin; his siblings, Patricia Coomer of Tulsa, Mary Stone of Tulsa, Jimmie Lewis of Tulsa, Bobby Lewis of Petersburg, George Lewis of Fransisco and Elizabeth Marbery of Evansville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Carl Lewis, Jr., Selena Lewis, Samuel O'Dell, Sean O'Dell and Aislinn O'Dell; and his great grandchild Morgana Valerga. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
