He is survived by: his mother Wanda Faye; his stepparents, David Jennett of Franklin, KY and Sue Ragar of Franklin, KY; his daughter Alyssa Ragar of Portland, TN; his grandson Carter Burke; and his siblings, Michael McMillin (Michelle) of Franklin, KY, Steve McMillin (Tammy) of Franklin, KY, Tammy Houck (Chuck) of Murfreesboro, TN and Luann Jones (Gary) of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
