She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nealy and Mary Katherine Davis Nealy; and her sister Brenda Kaye Nealy. She is survived by: her husband William Dale Winn of Franklin; and her siblings, Nancy Carter (Alton) of Portland, Donna Rust (Larry) of Franklin, Cecilia Sue Sorenson of Denmark and Bill Nealy (Tammy) of Franklin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
