He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevil Alvin Halcomb, Jr. and Mayme Ruth Hall Halcomb. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Halcomb, Lisa Bashant and Heidi Dobbs; his brother-in-law Mark Dobbs; his nephew Jack Dobbs; his close friend Mary Brown; and his pet Shelvie Kay.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 6:00 AM at the Crafton Funeral Home (512 E Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at the Sulphur Spring Cemetery.
