He was predeceased by : his parents, Jackie Spivey and Betty Ann Groves Spivey; his wife Lesa Spivey; and his brother-in-law Doug Pate. He is survived by : his children, Heather Mullen of Rockfield, Elizabeth Spivey of Springfield, TN, Jackie Jones of Bowling Green, Sydney Pack (Corey) of Portland, TN and Arloa Spivey of Portland; and his siblings, Beverly Chandler of Franklin, Rhonda Ramsey of Portland, Sherry Lambert of Indiana and Jackie Pate of Franklin. He is also survived by several grand children and great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
