Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donna Jean Duffer of Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 73, on February 24, 2023. She was predeceased by : her parents, Abraham Smith and Ella Smith; her sons, Robert C. Nixon and Joseph H. Nixon; and her granddaughter Dorothy Nixon.

She is survived by : her husband Richard Duffer; and her children, Donna Marie Nixon, Lyndia (Aaron Daughtry), Sandy Nixon, Ricky (Janie Duffer) and Kim (Danny Sullivan). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to help with the funeral expenses.
