He is survived by : his stepson Mark Payne of Franklin, KY; and his siblings, William Lee Perry of Scottsville, KY, Rebecca Sue Britt of Scottsville, KY, Bobby Glen Perry of Bowling Green, KY, Ricky Joe Perry of Franklin, KY and Lois Christine Ausbrooks of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
