He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Holman and Flora Bell Fly Holman; and his brothers, Jimmy and Gary Holman. He is survived by : his son Wayne Holman (Lesslie) of Grenada; his stepdaughters, Karen Stovall of Owensboro and Stephanie Phifer of Franklin; and his siblings, Linda Bolding and Glenn Holman. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.

Memorial may be made to the charity of choice.
