She was predeceased by: her parents, Modist Perry and Mary Perry (Snider); her husband John Farley; and her siblings, Snider Perry, Ralph Perry and Margaret Reece.
She is survived by: her children, Joni Pruitt (Terry) of Lexington, KY and Steve Farley (Mary) of Franklin, KY; her grandchildren, Ryan Pruitt, Mallory Pruitt (Chris), Elizabeth Farley, John Louis Farley and Stephen Farley (Allison); and her great grandchildren, Madison and Rainley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (325 W Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (420 Cemetery St, Franklin, KY 42134).
