He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Caudill and Helen Ruth Hulsey Caudill; and his wife Shirley Caudill. He is survived by: his sons, James Jeffrey Caudill (Pam) of Franklin and Alan Caudill (Vicki) of Franklin; and his grandchildren, Brandon Caudill (Candance) of Cincinnati and Lindsey Landers (Taylor) of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
