He was predeceased by: his father George Freeman Noe, II. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Ann Lambert Noe; his wife Kim Bradley of Franklin; his daughters, Morgan Harris (Darren) of Smiths Grove and Hillary Noe of Franklin; his siblings, George Noe, III (Sandra Dee), Juanita Noe (Paul Wesley Bullington) and Regina Noe; and his grandchildren, Avery Claire Harris and Ayden Coy Harris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Crafton Funeral Home (512 E Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
