He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Turney and Ottie Jewel Finn Turney; and his siblings, Lester, Curtis, Nettie Sue, Jody Turney and Margie Carvin.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Turney of Franklin; his children, Bonnie Digiuseppe (Joey) of Elizabethtown, Brandi Tuck McEntyre of Gallatin and Brad Turney (Mary Ellen) of Scottsville; his grandchildren, Amber Turney of Scottsville, Taylor, Riley Digiuseppe of Elizabethtown and Gavin McEntyre of Gallatin; his pets, Jake and Molly; his siblings, Paulette Chandler (Lloyd) of Franklin and Wendell Turney (Ivy) of Franklin; and his sister-in-law Lillie Turney of Joelton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
