She is survived by: her parents, Michael Steve Bradley and Martha Perry of Munfordville, KY.; her children, Seyan Perry, Sanaya Perry, Brycen Perry and Brennan Perry; and her siblings, Steven Perry of Louisville, KY, Darius Perry of Bowling Green, KY, Jalen Dice of Bowling Green, KY, Michael Bradley Jr. of Glasgow, KY, Samuel Bradley of Glasgow, KY, Courtney Martin of Bowling Green, KY and Amber Gordon of Glasgow, KY. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
