He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Ferrel and Beryle Ransom Ferrel. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Johnson Ferrel of Franklin; and his children, Kathy Dawson (Dave) of Portland, TN, Steven Charles Ferrel of Kansas and David C. Ferrel (Mariam) of Texas. He is also survived by 2 half sisters; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crafton Funeral Home (512 E Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
