He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Freeman and Goldie Freeman (May); and his brother Glenn "Dink" Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Freeman; his daughter Ashley Jo Brindley (Casey) of Rockfield, KY; his granddaughter Hadley Jo Brindley; and his brothers, Larry Freeman (Patty) of Franklin, KY, Andy Freeman (Ona Lea) of Franklin, KY, Mark Freeman (Barbara) of Franklin, KY, Skip Freeman (Sonya) of Franklin, KY and Randy Freeman (Stacy) of New York. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home (325 W Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at the Sulphur Spring Cemetery.
