He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Rice McMillan and John I. McMillan, Jr.; and his siblings, Dr. Jerry Allen McMillan (Linda) and Pamela Jo McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Moore McMillan of Bowling Green, KY; his daughters, Jessica Evelyn McMillan Stevens (Gary) of Hendersonville, TN, Alison McMillan Johnson (Joe Mark) of Franklin, KY and Johnna Meagan McMillan (Tyler) of Louisville, KY; his siblings, Cindy Beth McMillan Gregory of Franklin, KY and Larry Dean McMillan (Christy) of Jamestown, TN; and his granddaughters, Sadie Elizabeth Blair, Ila Priestley Blair, Ava Marilyn Stevens and Magnolia Jayne Stevens. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 3 nieces and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapel in Bowling Green (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101).
