He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hack and Emma Oller Hack; his wife Dorothy Gene Hack; and his siblings, Bro. Billy Hack and Imogene Fleming.
He is survived by: his children, Wesley Hack (Maureen) of Boonville and Emily Gheyssens (Gregg) of Portland, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Robert, Dagon, Haley, Johnny, Lauren and Bailey. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
