He is survived by : his daughter Renee Johansen (Loren); his siblings, Larry Bailey and Connie Hackman (Roger); his grandchildren, Jessica Mattingly (Dustin), Jeremy Preston (Rebecca), Christopher Preston, Grace Anne Preston, Nicole Johansen, Shane Johansen and Kayla Johansen; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Lily, Lilah Mattingly, Cooper, Eliza Ray Preston and Stella Johansen.
