She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Phillips and Bernice Phillips; her husband John Allen Hughes, Sr.; and her sister Shirley Norwood. She is survived by: her son John Allen Hughes, Jr. (Jenny) of Campbellsville, KY; her grandchildren, Lauren Hughes Buscher (Chad), Alex Hughes (Abigale) and Jack Hughes; her niece Faye Jackson (Eddie) of Franklin, KY; and her nephews, Phil Norwood (Linda) of Franklin, KY and Steve Goodrum (Sherri) of Versailles, KY..
