She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Murphey and Sue Murphey (Johnson); and her sister Bobbie Sue Jones. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Sledge; her children, Jesse Harmon (Virginia) of Alvaton, KY and Hayley Peters (James) of Christiana, TN; her grandchildren, Gabe Harmon, Klint Ellegood, Payton Peters and Jackson Harmon; and her siblings, Dale Murphey (Jolanda) of Mayfield, KY and Melissa Turner (Michael) of Wingo, KY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
