She was predeceased by: her parents, Donlean Turner and Rosie Turner (Poston); her husband William S. "Bill" Thurman; and her siblings, Bobby Turner, Ann Fleming and Linda Faye Turner.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristie Stratton (Mike) of Franklin, KY; her granddaughter Audra Lafleur (Jared) of Massachusetts; her great grandchild Eli; and her sister Bettie Biggs of Franklin, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
