She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Dixon and Elizabeth Lorene "Pirtle" Dixon; her husband Ray McCoy; and her siblings, Ronnie Dixon and Sarah Mayhew.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Perdue (Tiffany) of Bowling Green, KY and Kelly McCoy (Keeli) of Franklin, KY; her grandchildren, Taylor Perdue, Lauren Perdue, Grayson McCoy and Lilith McCoy; and her brother Larry Dixon (Donna) of Franklin, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
