With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Wayne Carter of Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Carter and Alice Carter. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Cochran; his sons, Treven Carter and Braylen Carter; his sister Pamela Carter (Robbie Bradshaw); and his nephew Colby Bradshaw. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
