She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Mayhew and Fannie Tom Gaines Mayhew; her husband Charles Wilton Bush; her son Danny Bush; her grandson Nathan Charles Bush; and her son-in-law David Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Gentry of Bowling Green, Donita Thomas (Cary) of Bowling Green, Bobby Bush (Janet) of Franklin and Brad Bush (Jennifer) of Franklin; her sister Judy Mayhew of Scottsville; and her grandchildren, Jeff Gentry (Kim), Michael Gentry (Robin), Camille Oubre (Doug), Candice Tant (Jason), Laura Ford (Chad), Becca Bouldin (Scott), Kaylee Hall (David), Alan Bush (Chelsey), Andrew Bush (Becca) and Carly Bush. She is also survived by 22 great‑grandchildren, one great‑great‑grandchild, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Stony Point Cemetery, in care of Glyn Goodman, 1111 Nahm Dr., Bowling Green, KY 42104.
