She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis J. Chamberlain; her parents, David P. Hume and Neva J. Foley Hume; and her siblings, William Hume, Andrew Hume, Harold Hume (Barbara), Mary Goodwin (Paul), Mildred Natale (Pat), Melvin Hume (Shirley), Kenneth Hume (Lily), Ethel Gross (Delbert) and Carol Montgomery.

She is survived by: her sons, Billy Michael Chamberlain (Michelle Shirley) and Mark David Chamberlain (Dottie); her grandsons, Michael Anthony Chamberlain (Amy), Brandon Lee Chamberlain (Yuliya), David Andrew Chamberlain and Dustin Matthew Chamberlain; her great grandchildren, Zachary James Chamberlain, Isabella Sadie Chamberlain, Micah Kamran Chamberlain, Callie Charlotte Chamberlain and Daniel Michael Chamberlain; her sisters, Barbara Howard, Bertha Meacham (Gary) and Shalimar Christian (Jack); and her brother-in-law Sanders Montgomery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
