He is survived by: his siblings, Yvonne L Quattrene (Bonnie) and George D Radford; his wife Martha Ann Radford (Hood); his children, Crissie Devitt, Deirdre, Tim Bulger, Shellie, Marty Brown, Jennifer Radford Mahota, Natalie, Bryan Boone, Cynthia and Wesley Paine; and his grandchildren, Crissie Devitt, Anthony Devitt, Deirdre Bulger (Shearing), Timothy Bulger, Monica Hull Sarah (Bulger), Faith Bulger, Timothy "Paul" Bulger and Emily Lentz (Bulger). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
