He is survived by: his children, Kim Phelps of Franklin, KY, Edward Phelps of Louisville, KY, Gary Phelps (Robin) of Louisville, KY, Rodger Phelps (Jill) of Jeffersonville, IN, Felicia Williams (Robert) of Franklin, KY and Tania Phillips (Gary) of Portland, TN; his granddaughter Kaylesa Ferguson; and his siblings, Jessie Eeverson of Franklin, KY, Dorothy "Dottie" Williams of Franklin, KY, Milburn Hall (Sherry) of Franklin, KY, Donald "Duck" Hall of Franklin, KY, Launa Stevens (Ronnie) of Franklin, KY and Patricia "Patty" Wilkerson (Steve) of Franklin, KY. He is also survived by 12 other grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
