He is survived by: his mother Christine Shoulders; his wife Helen Lawrence; his children, Shannon Smith (Terry) of Orlinda, TN, Crystal Provins (Cliff) of Crossville, TN and Brian Lawrence (Natalie) of Franklin, KY.; his grandchildren, Alex (Taylor), Cody (Hailey), Tiffany (Boston), Grace (Maison), Tanner (Bethany) and Audrey; and his stepsiblings, Bobby Shoulders (Debbie) of Adairville, KY and Carol Wilkerson of Adairville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
