She is survived by : her children, Sophie and Stefany Perkins of Franklin, KY; her parents, Scott Hicks and Sonya Hicks of Franklin, KY; her brother Skyler Hicks (Tori) of Franklin, KY; her nephew Liam Niblett; and her grandparents, Linda Brooks of Franklin, KY and Richard Hicks of Franklin, KY. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
