He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bruce Martin and Martha Bowe Martin. He is survived by: his wife Ann Sternberg Martin of Franklin; his children, Carman Butner (Cliff) of Portland, TN, Stuart B. Martin of Bowling Green and Mary Akers (Adam) of Bowling Green; and his sister Eva Rose (Terry) of Lexington. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild along with his beloved pet.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Hillsdale Cemetery (7414 Blackjack Rd, Franklin, KY 42134).
