It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Lane Jones of Franklin, Kentucky, born in Portland, Tennessee, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Covis C. Jones and Flora Hazel Jones (Boyd); his stepmother Rita Jones; his siblings, Frances Calvert, Terry Jones and Bert Jones; and his stepbrother Kenneth Heady.

He is survived by : his siblings, Jerry Jones (Pauleita) of Franklin, KY, Linda Ownby of Chattanooga, TN and Michael Tracey Jones (Rhonda) of Chatsworth, GA; and his sister-in-law Amy Jones of Franklin, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
