He is survived by: his mother Chasity McDowell of Franklin, KY.; his sister Cortney Farler of Portland, TN; his aunts, Dianna Stuart of Portland, TN and Monica Cherry Andrews of Colorado; his grandparents, Eddie and Debbie Cherry of Franklin, KY; his great-aunt Shirley Minnis of Portland, TN; his cousins, Tonisha Mullen of Bowling Green, KY, Ashley Ward of Lafayette, KY and James Hammonds of Franklin, KY; and his sibling's children, Jonah Spivey, Conner Breward and Gracie Farler.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory to help with final expenses.
