He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Soyars Hughes of Franklin; his daughter Luann Carnall (Murray) of Shepherdsville, KY; his siblings, Shirley Norman (Royce) of Tennessee and Jerry Hughes (Carrell) of Logan County; his granddaughters, Emily Carnall McCullough (Matthew) of Mt. Washington, KY and Molly Carnall (Cheyton Pendley) of Owensboro, KY; and his great grandchild Annslee McCullough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
