He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Moyers and Beatrice Mann Moyers; his half-brother Glen Ware; and his siblings, Sarah Moates and Tom Moyers.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Wilks Moyers; his children, Leah Stradtner (Doug) of Franklin and Bill Moyers, Jr. (DeAnn) of Franklin; his brothers, Jerry Moyers (Judy) of Michigan and Larry Moyers (Janice) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Aubrey Holland, Megan Holland, Jenna Stradtner, Jacob Holland and Morgan Riddle; and his great grandchildren, Gunner, Gage, Adin, Dean, Sadielyn, Charly, Dalton, Jeremiah, Addison, Ava, Ansleigh and Boone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
