She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Collins and Sylvia Darnell Collins; and her siblings, Joe Ed Hester, Tony Collins, Steve Collins and Shirley Higgins.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Peck of Paducah, KY, Brandon Teeters (Kaylee) of Fredonia, KY and Tammy Stinnett (Rodney) of Fredonia, KY; her siblings, Larry Collins of Paducah, KY, Diane Coleman of Paducah, KY and Ollie Nell Higgins of Mayfield, KY.; her grandchildren, Tara, Dylan, Colton and Emmy; and her great grandchildren, Raelynn, Daxton, Luka and Remi.
