She is survived by: her daughter Shelia Blackburn (Jadie) of Fredonia; her grandchildren, Kacey Nesbitt (Jason) and Ryan Blackburn (Staci); and her great grandchildren, Cameron Nesbitt, Anna Beth Blackburn and Ryder Blackburn.
