He is survived by: his wife Glendella Lee of Freeburn, KY; his children, Charles Michael Lee (Madeline) of Ivel, KY, Tammy Lee of Pikeville, KY and Sandra Lee of Betsy Layne, KY; his siblings, Sherman Bradley Lee, Maxine Hall (Roger) of Sugar Hill, Margaret Maynard (Doug) of Sugar Hill and Lena Dotson (Monk) of Phelps, KY.; his grandchildren, Valerie Samons, Krisa Lee, Hannah Lee, James Blankenship and David Bowling; and his great grandchildren, Jayda Blankenship, Madi Blankenship and Brihannah Hale.
