He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ferrell Alfrey and Vera Mae Riddle Alfrey; his daughter Heather Ballard; and his sisters, Sherry Baker McQuaid and Bonnie Jane Alfrey.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Little Alfrey; and his brothers, Troy Alfrey and Roy Alfrey.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Menifee Home For Funerals (P. O. Box 98 847 Highway 36, Frenchburg, KY 40322). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
