She was predeceased by : her father Andrew Jackson Smith; her husband James C. Mynheer; and her siblings, Bill Smith, Andrew Smith, Harold Smith, Helen Uvon Bostic, Barbara Williams, Audrey M. Dixon, Shelby J. Smitherman and Betty J. Blankenship.
She is survived by : her children, Jimmy Mynheer of Frankfort, KY, Timmy Mynheer (Pam) of Frenchburg, KY, David Mynheer of St. Petersburg, FL, Jerry Mynheer of Lexington, KY, Pam Higgins of Frenchburg, KY and Tanya McClanahan (Spedaniel) of Frenchburg, KY; and her siblings, Ronald L. Smith, Wanda L. Bennett of Texas and Anna Lucille Dixon of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
