He is survived by: his wife Ronetta Sorrell Smith; his sons, Matthew Smith (Natisha) and Curtis Smith; his grandchildren, Zailey Smith, Jacob Smith, Isaiah Smith and Gatlin Smith; and his siblings, Becky VanCleve (Kenny), Willie Ray Smith, Mike Smith (Debbie) and Richard Smith.
